I have a P95 polymer frame 9mm and a P94 alloy frame in .40 cal. I can't tell much difference in accuracy, but I am not a bullseye shooter and probably not as hard to please as a lot of folks. The polymer frame grip is thick, but the pistol is considerably lighter than the alloy frame. The P94 has one of the best standard grip/size I have ever handled. It is thinner in the center of the grip. Both of my pistols are traditional double action and have long first trigger pulls and then very good, to me, single action pulls. Two pistols I will probably never get rid of. Both have been extremely reliable. I cannot recall a malfunction of any kind with either. My polymer frame is the decocker version and I do like it better than the safety/decock on the alloy frame P94. Neither are pretty, but they are dependable.
