  I have looked at one.  The one I saw had grips slightly lighter than that one in the advertisement but it was a nice looking revolver.  It's nothing I'd buy myself.  The engraving was very ncie and seeing the engraver's other work, this is right on par.  Cheapest I've heard of one going for is $970.  I know Bob at TALO has been working on this project for a looong time.

I would love to hold one in my hands and maybe get to own one.He should have put the yellowish looking ivory grips on it.It is a very beautiful looking Ruger.

It's a great looking gun. Too bad it couldn't be in John Wayne's caliber - .38-40.

Shot the buddys JW yesterday. Real nice gun. to bad most will think its going to be some investment and keep it in the safe. We put about 200 rounds through his yesterday and its a nice handling gun. Only thing i dont like is that dammed huge hammer sprur. We had my montado there too and that hammer really makes that montado. Ruger should wake up and put that spur on all of there small framed guns.

That hammer is easily replaceable! I agree its pretty ugly! ???
