I'm pretty sure GBO Sponsor SSK Industriies http://www.sskindustries.com does a lot of such work. They are most well know for TCs but really that is but a small part of their over all business.

I've had some work on Encores done by SSK and was very satisfied.  I'm not sure, but I think EABCO does some work on #1's.  Might be another one to look into....
