200gr loads in a 454
« on: July 06, 2009, 02:51:22 AM »
I have a 454 ragingbull and need loads for a cast 200gr bullet.  I've been unemployed for 6 months so I'm saving my heavy bullets for hunting. I have a mould for a 200gr bullet, plenty of powder and primers, and time ( can't buy a job near me ). Any help would be a blessing I'm going nuts being a house husband ( you can only vacume the house once a day ) Thanks in advance....lost

You could just use the .45 Colt trailboss load. I'd be willing to share via PM, if ya want, or you could go to www.Hodgdon.com. I'm pretty sure we're not supposed to post loads in the forum here, but I could be wrong. (It's happened before!)

Here are the GBO Rules (available for everyone to read, but only 1953 folks have out of tens of thousands of members):

Load Data, GBO has several forums that may contain load data and information, the use of this data is the sole responsibility of the one using it. NO guarantee is made to the validity, accuracy, completeness or safety of use of this data. Anyone posting unsafe or incorrect data is subject to removal from the GBO site indefinitely.

GB does not want anyone posting loads that are not found in a reliable published source.

My loads came from the book, I just don't want to piss anyone off.
