got this 905 trim tool for use with 475, 45, 480, 45 70, and have a problem, there is no instruction manual and the rcbs site did not do it for me..tried the phone and got a fax noise...
1. any source for older manuals and older cutters, pilots, etc.
did get some assorted pilots with it, and some of the items that clamp the case head into the trimmer.. the mandrels or clamp things fit the heads of the brass, I am unsure about the trtimmers and guides, and not sure how to use it, but bought a caliper to measure the lengths etc.
I will load up some hornady brass for now, just to get that done, but looking here for some help on these two problems

My RCBS parts book doesn't show a 905.  Are you sure of that number?  Is it a case trimmer like this?

handle for turning different : metal and checkered.. collet or clamp that holds shells different : stepped l....other end has a t-knob around the collet that tightens to hold the case rim in place..
green rcbs... can see where the trim pro came from .. this .. it was called 905 but it is not written on it just scratched on it by Previous owner.
thanks.

Current RCBS part numbers are 5 digits. That being said, it sounds like you may have an 09369 case trimmer. It is very similar to and the predecessor to the case trimmer 2 which was a 09370. Operating instructions would be the same for these two.
