These are known as Acusport Bisleys.  Acusport is a distributor and contract manufacturers to produce non-cataloged models for them just as other distrbutors do.  A few years ago, This series of stainless 5 1/2" Bisleys started.  There has been so far, .357 mag, .41 mag, .44 mag, 45 Colt and a 45 Colt/45 ACP convertable.  There has been 2 runs of them in .41 mag and 45 Colt.  A third shipment of the 45 cal convertables was just done.
Now then...both your cylinders have the standard Bisley rollmark?  Is one still marked as to it chambering?

HOWDY !          NO NUMBERS ON CYLINDERS . STANDARD NON FLUTED ON 45LC AND FLUTED ON 45 ACP . WHERE THE BLUE BOOK MENTIONS BISLEY'S THEY ARE VAQUERO BISLEYS AND NOT BLACKHAWK BISLEYS ???
DOES THIS ADD ANY TO THE VALUE ? I CANNOT IMAGINE THAT IT WOULD DETRACT ANY .
I REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR HELP !

Sorry, I mis-read your initial mentioning of the engraving.  It's actually a rollmark.   These won't be in the blue book listings.  They're what's known as distributor editions.  Many distributors do this now.  Different chamberings, finish, grips, etc than cataloged models.  They often do command a premium depending on what they are and the number produced.  I try and keep an eye on these stainless Bisleys and don't see them going down in value at all.  The .44 mag and .41 mag ones that originally sold for $450 or so now will fetch upwards of $600.  The more curent ones, of which your is one of them, will generally be in the $500 range as they're still fairly easy to locate new.     Usually there's 1000 or so produced  at a minimum but some have more, others far less.  I believe these had around 1200 or so made up but with this latest batch I'm not sure of the total on this model.  Regardless, shoot it and enjoy it.

The Bisley Vaquero was a regualr cataloged model for a while.  Some variations were produced more than other so those less common ones will command a premium.  Compared to the Bisley BH's and SBH's models, the cataloged models are still common (.32 mag and .41 mag are exceptions).  It's these stainless ones that are becoming more desireable. Oh...glad to help!  :)
