This legislation will protect the gun manufactures from the crazy law suites by the big city Mayors. These big city mayors are trying to put the gun manufactures out of business by filing law suite after law suite. These law suite claim that anyone shot with a gun, has been the victim of negligence on the part of the manufacture of the gun. Nothing could be further from the truth. The fact is that these Liberal big city mayors are simply trying to eliminate the 2nd Amendment by killing the gun industry with law suites.

This law will stop the frivolous law suites being filed by the big city mayors and alike against the firearms manufactures. I believe these law suites are frivolous, unconstitutional and are simply another means by which the anti-second amendment crowd is trying to violate my constitutional rights as guaranteed under the second amendment.
Please support our constitution and vote yes for s. 659.
