 It's about time.While I am glad to see this change,I was hoping we would get the same regs as above 94. Tired of turning them loose or turning them in.At least this is a move in the right direction.

The new ones i got from you 2poor, i would think so but I don't know, I'm not an otter trapper, would like to try someday.
