Is there a smith in the Memphis, Little Rock, Cape Girardeau area that can re-barrel a 335 without charging an arm and a leg?

You might want to talk to Marlin. Last I heard they would rebarrel them to whatever factory configuration you wanted for very little money. I was going to get them to put the cowboy barrel on my 1895, but haven't gotten around to doing it yet.
