Thanks to everyone who commented in the "new to reloading" thread, it was a great help in  helping me decide how to get started.
I bought the Lyman manual and after reading it as well as the thread mentioned I ordered the Lee Anniversary kit.
I know its the lower end set up but its hard for me to spend alot of money on something I don't know if I will stay with or not.
After I get started I'm sure I'll want to upgrade but by then I will have a better idea of how and with what.

I'm sure I'll be back with alot of questions, but for now thanks for all the good info!

You've got to start somewhere. Once you get into reloading more you will see what your needs are.

I agree with your thoughts about starting out cheap. I started with a couple of Lee reloading kits. They were about $15 each. Soon found out I wanted more and have been adding ever since. Reloading is not for everybody and there is no use putting hundreds of dollars into it to find out you do not like it.
