If the 640 KD is the .22 Mag Chuckster, I would say that $120 total is a good deal.
I see them regularly priced in the $180 range for nicer examples. If you can get a decent stock (walnut?) and the barrel/action is in good condition, you would have a nice rifle for small money.
$67 is not bad for an older Mossberg stock and clip. Some of the older clips can cost that much alone, when you can find them.
