Yes it does. I don't have a Tactical RIA, but I have worked on my GI enough to make one out of it. I like the RIA, & feel that it is one of the better kept secrets of the 1911 world. Buy one before they become more popular & more expensive. Like what has happend to the Taurus PT1911. As demand increases, so will the price.
