2008 offerings

I'm curious as to whether anyone here might be privy to information on what CVA will be offering in it's lineup for 2008.  Specifically, the Optima Elite line.  I'd like a heavy barreled .243 Win for a center-fire and (even more) a thumbhole stock for the centerfire or combo packages.

I'm not really sure what I'll do if they don't offer an HBAR .243... still deciding... but waiting for the new lineup to be announced in the spring (or maybe even November) is killin' me... :)

Yea...I know...I've tried my best to wrangle out of them what's coming down for the Spring line up...but...MUM is the word and they aren't spilling the beans...Hopefully we will know soon...but...in all likely hood not till after the  Shot Show in Las Vegas...in February...which I plan on making it to this time around.. ;)

It would be nice if the some of the offerings they have promised for 2007 were available first, 26" 222 bull barrels for instance....maybe??

They are...They just didn't make that many for sell as just barrels...Most were already spoken for on complete rifles...The factory did have some for sale though..

I know...but folks will just have to call and find out their availability...If they get 300 of them in...and have 250-275 orders for complete rifles...that doesn't leave a-lot for resale...You got to remember they are still starting out...and got to get all the wrinkles smoothed out of the process...
