Any of you got any ideas on how to lighten up the trigger on a Ruger #1.I love the rifle, but hate the 7 or 8 lb. trigger pull???

The older rifles had triggers that could be screw adjusted.  The newer models evidently do not..  Moyers makes an excellant adjustable trigger for the No.1 and the Kepplinger single set trigger is available for the No.1, although the latter is quite pricey..

I had a Moyers put in my newest #1 and it made all the difference in the world...now it is as nice as my older ones...as I remember it was under $40 and if not a smith like me, cost another $35 or $40 to put in... try it you will like it....WW1
