Opinion on Ruger Blackhawk Hunter .41 Mag
« on: September 15, 2007, 02:00:44 PM »
I no longer own a .41 and it's bugging me!  I've developed a strong hankering for one and I'm thinking that I like the looks of the Ruger Blackhawk Hunter.  Does anyone else have one of these in .41 mag?  I have moulds for a .411-265 grain Long, Wide, Flat nose bullet that I really like the looks of!  (I'm a fan of heavy bullets).

Does anyone know of any issues or problems with this model?  Does anyone have any idea of the accuracy reputation with this gun?

Thanks much!

Bary

That still amazes me…I don’t care who you are or how much I care about you, I would never let you kill my son.  I can’t even begin to understand how much He loves us.

My mould is a custom design .411 265 grain wide, long, flat nose.  It was part of a group buy.  We do them fairly regularly at the cast boolits forum.  If you are thinking of getting into casting, you should check us out at :
