Short Barreled shotguns in Missouri ??????
« on: September 15, 2007, 05:16:48 PM »
Does anyone know if it is legal to own short barreled shotguns in Missouri? With all the proper paperwork and documentation of course. I'm kinda interested in those double barreled shotguns cut down to pistol length with a pistol grip.

A SBS is legal with the requisite paperwork and tax stamp, in MO.

Thank you Gene! Do you buy them or can you make them yourself? Does anybody sell them?

I saw an 870 for sale on Gunbroker with two 12" barrels.  One RS,  the other had a bead.  Check the ATF site for all of the particulars.  One thing you will need is a signed letter from the Chief LEO were you live.
