Haven't seen anything from Butler Creek in years.  The problem is that the plastic cups were proper fits in only some barrels.  Too much blow by and gas cutting in deep rifled barrels.  They also had a problem with fusing melted plastic to the barrel walls. There were a few write ups about them and their problems in Muzzle blasts and elsewhere, probably 20 yrs ago.
