These are fairly low priced barrels and as such usually are not counted on to produce match grade accuracy. That said they sometimes do shoot extremely fine groups. What you pay for in a Shilen or other match grade barrel is uniformity. They are much more likely to produce the exceptional accuracy some desire. The more economical barrels are usually a bit rougher and their accuracy may not be match grade but will almost always produce more than enough accuracy to cleanly hunt with.. If your aim is long range prairie dog shooting I would opt for a bit better barrel. It will shoot a bit better and will almost always foul less. If what you want is an economical re-barrel to return a favorite deer rifle to function, the Shaw barrels should fill the bill nicely. That said I must confess I usually spend just a bit more and use the Douglas barrels.. You pays the money and takes the chances... good luck from the gunnut69
