Went to the range yesterday to check my sight in with both my 7mm's. I shot the 7x57 first, it never strays from being sighted in but I was checking out 4 different bullets on top of 48.0 grs. of h414. The 150 grain Ballistic tips, Sierra Gameking , the Combined Technology Ballistic Silvertip, and the 140 grain Nosler Partition. The first two were better than MOA, The CT BT hit higher than the rest by more than 3 inches and the partition barely shot into two inches. I loaded the 140 grain Partition in my 7MM Remington Magnum on top of 68.0 grains of RL22 and this load was extremely accurate shooting 3 3 shot groups right at .6. I would guess I am getting 2700 fps out of the 7x57 and 3100fps out of the RM.
