Does anyone know where I can get the recipe to make tanneries? Its legal to have in my state in smaller quantities and I want to make some as exploding targets. I have bought it before from people on a website gunbroker.com but its pretty pricey because of the shipping cost and I am wanting to try and save myself some money. I’ve searched the net and can’t find much information, I am looking for the recipe and where I can find the ingredients, ratios etc etc. Any one help as I can’t find much at all.
