SOUTH AFRICAN MINATURE CANNON CLUB 30 SEPTEMBER 2007
Dear Members and Gunners,
It was nice to see Rod Dickson again, here on a break from the UK and from the scores, he has not lost the touch.
Peter Lock has joined the club and we would sincerely like to welcome him.
After some discussion it was decided that it was not possible to do the Ichanga station fair once a month, but possibly to do it twice a year.
The Durban Philharmonic asked the cannon club to shoot at the 1812 overture, but with only 4 days notice it was impossible to organize.
Scores for February:
Hamilton Don 46 (3) 1st overall
Friend Brian 46 (7) 1st overall
Rod Dickson 42 (5) 2nd overall
Visser John 41 (10) 3rd overall
Hamlinton Colin 39 (6) 1st on handicap
Kingsford-Smith Clifford 26 (12) 2nd on handicap
Don Hamilton managed an aggregate of 91, (46 and 45) for the shoot and the Friend trophy.
THE NEXT SHOOT IS ON THE 7th OCTOBER 2007 AT SAPREF
