T/C 22 Classic versus R-55 Classic
« on: September 26, 2007, 05:47:22 AM »
??? What's the difference between the original "22 Classic" and the "R-55" Classic?  I'm just curious.  Thanks.

 :)Dan,

I don't have any experience with the R55, never saw one.  But I do have a Classic 24XX serial, never jams can shoot into 1/2 inch at 50 with high speed SGB's.  Kills squirrels like crazy when feed the right ammo.  I have seen the posts bitching about how bad they are and I shake my head wondering do I have the only good one in captivity.  If the R55 is supposed to be an improved version INHO it must really be great, a good smith can get the trigger down to 2 to 2.5 pounds and it's really sweet then.  Sorry I can't be of much help.
