CZ-52
« on: October 22, 2007, 05:16:59 PM »
Bought a Tokarev at a gun shop today. $150 for the gun and 100 rounds of 7.62 x 25 ammo. Real solid feeling, decent looking gun.
Anybody had any experience with one?

Yep, they're a good solid pistol and a zippy little round . Check out Reed's amm. He's a Graybeard sponsor and afficionado of the CZ-52. You can also check out Makarov.com. They have a fair amount about the CZ-52.  I am trying to resisit the urge to convert to the 22 reed. Ihave used EA brown sabots for a version, but I think Mr. Reed's full blown conversion is the right way to go. Talk about an ideal vermin pistol.

The CZ-52 is a great little rough duty service pistol, and the 7.62x25 runs a 85-87 gr. bullet @ 1625 fps. Great bargain guns.
