I have many. My favorite is my 41 mag 4 5/8" stainless with my initials as the serial number.

All I have managed to acquire is a stainless grip frame that i believe is for the Seville . My intent was to install it on one of my blackhawks but I have so many projects in the works that I never seem to get to it .

The grip will not fit the Ruger. I do not think you will be able to fit it properly.

I have two.  One is a Seville in .357 Maximum with a 7.5 inch barrel.  The second is a El Dorado in .45 Colt made in Chimney Rock, NC. Both are excellent condition and are possibly my  two most favorite handguns. One has a set of initials as a serial number followed by a number. I sure would love to find out who the initials JTB belong to. I probably need to "letter" both guns.  It would be nice to know a bit more of their history. I have read everything I could find on the internet, the big puzzle that remains is that  serial number.

Just wanted to correct an error I made. The barrel on my Seville .357 Maximum is 10 inches, not 7.5

TRWalker,

The 357 Maxi should be a 10 1/2" barrel? The serial number is probably someone's intials. I have a 41 Seville Stainless Serial Number JDH-1. My name.

What is the 357 serial number?

I am sure it is a 10.5 inch, I haven't taken it out in a while, I knew it was around 10 inches. The El Dorado  serial is JTB-1. Do you have any idea  who  that might be?
The seville .357 Max is 357M2087. It was made in Tuscon

Sorry no clue on JTB-1. But the Maxi 357m-2087 is the 86th gun made in the maxi line. A very early model.
