well in a trade i got a 1377, B3-1 Underlever that the Barrel Length has been cut down to 10'' and a QUEST 1000.I hear that  transmission oil  works fine for airguns. should i do that ?

Transmission oil may be OK for the 1377, but never use any petroleum or otherwise combustible oil in a springer. Nasty things can happen.

what about  Liquid Fire paintball gun oil? A paint ball guns like a airgun.

Liquid Fire? Never heard of it, but you do not want to put anything combustible in a springer's compression chamber. The air gets hot enough to burn flamable stuff. Mild cases of this is called dieseling. Extreme cases called no more gun or head!
My son uses mineral oil in his paintball gun.

It MIGHT be OK for the seals in the 1377, but don't try it on the springers. Pumpers and CO2 guns have different types of seals that springers.
I have a Gamo Shadow (similar to the Quest) and a couple B3 underlevers and I have not needed to oil the seals on any of them. I use a little gun oil (Remoil - also at WalMart) on the pivot points, but never have needed anything on the seals.
