Aftermarket sites: 45-70
« on: October 08, 2007, 06:36:40 PM »
Not really impressed with the stock sights that come with my stock barrel : /  I have yet to shoot the gun honestly..but I'm just not liking them.  Hopefully you guys have some ideas for alternative sights.  I prefer bolt ons as I don't feel comfortable making adjustments to the stock hardware.  I'm going to mostly be target playing and I'll also be doing some hog hunting later this year...Distances I'm honestly not sure what I'm capable of, so I don't want to set an unrealistic limit.

Thank you in advance.

The tone of your post suggests that you may be new to this type of handgun. I suggest you begin to shoot with the stock sights first, and try to master them. They're tough to beat for informal target work unless you move to a T'SOB, multiple rings and a scope...at considerable cost.
