That is one of the great reasons for buying from Dillon. It probably only costs them a few thousand dollars per year to apply that policy, but it's worth many times that in terms of word-of-mouth advertising and repeat business. I've tried arguing with them when a minor breakage was clearly my fault and wanted to make it clear that they were not responsible. They insist on sending the parts anyway.
A couple of things that are well worth having are the maintenance kit and the spare parts kit. Together, they're only maybe $30 and it is very worthwhile to have onhand. All the little springs and plastic parts that are likely to wear out over time are included. I've used mine a few times and have been glad to have these things.
