I do not think so but the Hubbard replacement rod is two inches longer than the stock rod when extended and is much stronger. I don't think the power handle is required as long as there is the extra two inches to help hold on to. I use a range rod with the power handle when at the range but hunting the Hubbard rod is plenty useful.

I was browsing old posts and thought I could share my experience with this question.  It was a couple years ago, but I bought a nice red rubber type handle for my Huntsman ramrod from MidwayUSA.  I think it is made or sold by CVA.  It slips over the stock NEF ramrod and makes it much easier to push than without it.  I just drop it in my possibles bag after loading.  It is semi-soft, just stiff enough to be a help and soft enough to push hard with my white-collar job hands.
Always need another gun.
