Nosler Partition Balistic tip

I've emailed Nosler about that idea. Seems to me a perfect combo, great expansion with the front half and good penetration with the rear half. Kind of a Scirocco but better. What do you think? Good idea or bad? Plus it would be great for reloading as the tips would be much more protected and easier to measure OAL.

Thats what the new Accubond is claiming to be, check them out.  Only some calibers out now, but I think most bullets will take that route in the future.
