G32
« on: August 09, 2007, 03:12:15 PM »
I have been offered to buy a G32 for $400.  It has less than 100 rounds through it, 4 glock mags, a fobus holster and double mag holster.  I think this is a really good deal.  What do you think, should I snatch it up?

Top Glock lists the gun alone at over $450.00.  My only concern is the availability of 357 Sig around here is not that good.  But it is a good round and a good gun for a fair price IMO.

Sounds like a good price to me. If ammo availability is a problem in your area, and you don't reload. For about $100 you can get a .40 conversion barrel from Lone Wolf. The same mags work with either caliber. They tell me that a 9mm conversion barrel works too, with 9mm mags of course.

You can always mail order ammo from Midsouth, Midway, Georgia Arms, Cabela's etc. I reload mine but when I bought it I bought several types of factory ammo by mail order with no problems. That's a good price for all that. Make sure the Fobus isn't the one that was recalled. they had a retention strap that could catch on the trigger and discharge the pistol when reholstering the gun. I use a DeSantis paddle holster, or a Bianchi model 100 IWB to carry my 32.

My only problem with 357SIG ammo is I'm always buying it!
It's very much available here in NC. I reload too so I'll buy afew boxes of store bought, save the brass for reloading and so it goes.
I have the G31 and I wish I had gotten the 32. I might get one anyway.
 I think that's a good price too.

35Waylon, I have a 31,32,24 with sig barrel. I shoot a lot of 357sig amo. The best deals I have found is with Maine Cartridge Company. They run specials several times a year on their overruns. I can usually pick it up for less than $9.00 a box shipped. You do need to buy in quanity to get that price.

I like their 146gr HP load best. You can find the sales listed in the" Gun List". Regards, Byron

Jay, not that I'm aware of. I usually just call. I can't find the # but when they run and add the phone # is listed. If I find the # I'll let you know. Byron

If it has night sites that is a screamin' deal and even if it doesn't that is a damn good deal. I just bought a G21 W/night sites LNIB off of another board with just 2 mags for $375 shipped, because it was just too good to pass up.  I have a G32 as well as 2 23s and I love them all.  The ammo for the 357 Sig is pretty pricey but you can get practice ammo at the local Wal-mart most of the time.  The upside of the 357 Sig is, if you reload, it is actually cheaper to reload for than the 40S&W because of the cost of bullets.  I really like the 357 Sig round and my only wish is that someone would make a carbine that takes Glock mags in this caliber.
