Richard Nixon.  Even after resigning he was entitled to life long Secret Service. He rejected it and payed for his own. Damn crook....

With all the comments about voting for the best candidate, here is a classic example of voting against the worst of 2 evils.  I'll take Bush Jr and Fred Thompson anyday.
