Removing the NEF barrel (for dummies)

Hello,

My father, who lives in another part of the state, just bought me a Handi Rifle. The rifle is currently with him, and I would like to have him send it in for several additional barrels for me. Could one of you type up a play-by-play walkthrough for a non-gun person (him) to break down the gun in order to send it off to NEF for more barrels?
