What do you think about this??

I am new here and have never hunted bear before but I was wondering what anyone thinks about this ? It is a link to a strange photo that was in the news.

Here is a better photo I think is supposed to have been taken from the same camera but am not certain. I have read on the other thread that has mentioned this that there definitely were bear photos on that same group of shots.

That poor little guy sure has a bad case of mange.   I'm afraid he won't make much of a rug.

Take him out of the environement, make sure it's not contagious...  Wouldn't survive a night of winter...

Thanks for the responses! I was not so sure because I thought that a bear would have more body mass than that at the start of winter. I would expect to see him that thin in early spring. but then again I have never see but a single bear at night and he was running away.
