2 oz. BP12 shotcup loads?

I've got a bag of BP12 wads. I'm looking to load some turkey loads for this spring. I also have  a bag of copper plated 5s and a bag of buffer. the 3" hulls that I have are federal. I'm looking for a max load. Thanks.

Might want to check the Lyman shot shell guide or check with BP on a manual for their wads. Don't have mine handy at the moment but can check.
