Double Tap Vs Reed's 10mm ammo for glock 29
« on: December 27, 2008, 08:15:32 AM »
Has anyone compared Reed's 10mm ammo vs. Double Tap.  They both use the same bullets and Reed's is less money but 1350 fps vs Double Tap at 1400 fps for 165gr Gold Dot HP.   Any suggestions?

I am seriously thinking about buying from Reed's.

I would not be afraid of Reeds.  I have never heard a complaint about any of his products, and the little business I did with him a few years ago was a perfect transaction.  And to top things off he is a GBO sponsor.

Haven't bought 10mm ammo from Reeds or DT, but have done business with Reeds on a couple of occasions. I have spent about $700 on his products, and feel I received good value for my money. Based on my experience, I'd buy the ammo from Reeds fully expecting it to perform as advertised.

I have seen a lot of posts on how great the Double Tap ammo is, I am trying to compare it to Reeds.  To me 50 fps is not a big difference.  Is there any other differences?
