As this is Hunting in Alabama, how about posting a picture or two of the deer you've gotten so far?



I had to shoot her left-handed.
Monday I wasn't alert, and missed a chance at a big 'yote.

Glad someone is having some luck cause I sure am not. I have been hunting hard and have only seen one doe and that was on Christmas evening. I could not even get a shot at her she just would not turn the way I need her to so I let her walk instead of taking a risky shot. I am hopeful they will start moving soon.

I have seen several nice deer,but no shot.I hunt with bow till Jan.Hopefully I'll see the same ones when Iam armed with one of my rifles.I hunt mostly private land and maybe I'll get lucky before season's end......Rick

Dat's a nice Bama buck. I made it out those two days and heard one blow at me from up on the hill but saw NONE. Haven't been back since. Maybe next month.

I shot a pretty large buck yesterday whose anthers had been broken off , presumably from fighting. I had gotten out of my tower blind, taken a leak, unhooked the rifle from the rope and reloaded it. I was heading back to the truck, when I looked up and there it stood, broadside maybe 30 yards away in the powerline.. I had the sun in my eyes, but that deer was a "gimme."

I shot some does, but no bucks that were worthy of a camera shot.  They all tasted good though.....
