It would be interesting to run some of the BB over the chrono, just to see what you're getting for your money. Along side some of the usual factory ammo contenders, of course.

I have to confess, I've never run any .380 over my chrono. I frequently carry a Kel Tec .380, but do so having accepted the limitations of the cartridge. Doubt that any ammo available will make it into a 9mm, but welcome developments in ammo that makes the caliber more effective. My initial post questioning demand for a +P .380 was. With the current availability of 9mm pistols as small as, and in some cases smaller than, a lot of currently available .380s, more power is readily available without stressing the pressure limits of the .380 cartridge.
