hello all. new to glock pistols. and just got my new c17. i have to say that i was surprised when i looked down the barrel. my first thought was, this thing has conventional rifling! i was expecting something along the line of the hk91 type rifling. poly--- or whatever they call it. i cant see why they call it poly--- or whatever! the lands are rounded off on the top but other than that it looks conventional to me. it is it just me or do they all look like this? i know, it probably is a silly question, but can someone explain this rifling.
