Hog Hunting - Public Land around Tuscaloosa County
« on: June 18, 2008, 07:10:40 AM »
Hey All:

Can anybody hook me up with a few good spots to Hog Hunt in and around Tuscaloosa County?

I have a couple guns I want to dial in and give a few test runs (Piggy Pop'n) prior to Whitetail season...

Thanks in advance for your input!

Ron

I use to kill some around brookwood but have not in the last couple years.  I can put you in touch with a guy in Mississippi where I have gone a few times latley. It is pay hunts but it is not expensive.

call 205 368-5131 (he lives in west AL the place you will hunt is in Mississippi). It is $300-500 per weekend a great place lodging is included all you need is cloths gun and food he will take care of the rest if you take a group of 4 they will feed you and they feed you well. No hidden trophy fees and all that crap either.  They will let you hunt with pretty much any weapon you choose including knife hunts(My personal favorite) you will enjoy and close to home
