Can a Browning BLR be rebarrelled to a .338 WM in the long action?

Sure it could, the case is shorter than the 300WM, actually the same length as a 7RM & the case head/diameter is the same for all 3.

WHY?  Just buy a .338 WM in a bolt gun.  The recoil from the lever will beat you to death.
