Seen on the evening new last night there was a young Kansas man shot while out Goose hunting,him and his freind put out several goosse decoys and got set in to start hunting, they must have been farely close to the road and some guys in a red truck drove be and seen there decoys thinking they where real and pulled a centerfire rifle out of his truck window and shot at one of the decoys strikeing the young man and killing him.What people will do to shoot Game :'( They havent found the guy that did it they know the color of the truck so hope they will catch him.So all you guy that hunt close to a road be very careful

yep,......it happened.you have to watch what your doing when setting up near roads or other areas available to the public,keep an eye on the  people as well as the geese.I've had people slow down and stop....while looking at my dekes,.....if I thought something wrong I would stand up and let them see me.
 But I know you can't always watch for it.
 So, yes,......be careful out there.

A guy died in Canada this fall in the exact same way.  I think he was one of Avery's pro-staff guys or something.  Horrible story.  I hope they catch the guy who did it, and I hope they get him on manslaughter.
