The Great State of Texas is going to teach gun safety in SPANISH.
Says it will help MORE people enjoy the shooting sports in the state, help get more people
into hunting.

It seems to me that if we taught these people ENGLISH FIRST then we would all be speaking the same language in the woods, or maybe we citizens of Tex learn to speak Spanish.
I think they have realized that if they teach in spanish they will sell more hunting license.
