TRUE GLO Muzzle BRite Extreme Universal sight

Hello all,
I just replaced the original sight on my older Knight Wolverine with the new TRUE GLO
"Muzzle BRite Extreme Universal sight" - the front is fiber red and the rear is the "Ghost Ring" Peep.
For initial sight in, any suggestions on where I should set the Ghost ring at?
I'm thinking about mid point on the ramp.
Any suggestions appreciated.
BTW, I'll be using 100 grains of Pyrodex (two 50 grain pellet's) and 340 grain Power Point.

I wouldn't know where to tell you to set it. If you have a good rest look through the bore and try to align the sites right then shoot. Compare it to the site you took off and you might be able to do something there. Just get out to the range is the other thing I can tell you.
