She might have gotten my vote had she attempted to balance the trade deficit with pig skin shrouds, but her stand on firearms would probably have prevented even this.
.
Speaking of her stand on firearms, has she ever put forth a concise policy statement on firearms? If so I'd like to read it, or doe she just avoid the topic and go quietly about being antigun.

Her concise policy statement is her actual vote on firearms issues. I don't believe, written or not, any of her rhetoric with the sole exception of her personal opinion on firearms control. That I believe.
Quote from GOA on her voting results in Congress. "There is really little point in detailing Clinton's vote-by-vote record on the Second Amendment. That's because every single time there has been a gun-related vote in the Senate that GOA has tracked, Sen. Clinton has voted anti-gun. Without fail, she opts to restrict the rights of Americans to keep and bear firearms -- 100% of the time."
New York Times "Hundreds of thousands mothers and other gun control advocates participate in Million Mom March on nation's capital and in several cities on Mother's Day, demanding sensible gun laws, mourning loss of children to gun violence and vowing to transform politics of gun control; First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton is among marchers."
"Hillary Rodham Clinton, in speech to Newspaper Assn of America, endorses series of stringent gun-control measures, calling for licensing of all new gun owners and registration of new guns;"
Polical statement for reelection to Senate. "Hillary Rodham Clinton criticizes New York City for failing to join more than two dozen cities, counties and states that are trying to force gun manufacturers to improve gun safety and tighten controls over gun sales through legal action"
"Hillary Rodham Clinton calls on Americans to press Congress to 'buck the gun lobby' and pass several gun control measures. May 9, 1999"
"Hillary Rodham Clinton flew to New Jersey for the second time in 10 days today to stand by Gov. Jim Florio, endorse his ban on assault weapons. 10/31/1993"
"Missouri voters, by 52-to-48-percent margin, defeated ballot referendum that would have lifted state's prohibition against carrying concealed weapon; applauds Clinton Administration, particularly Hillary Rodham Clinton, who taped effective message pointing out proposal's danger"
"The first step is to take weapons off the streets and to put more police on them. The Brady Bill, which my husband signed into law in 1995, imposes a 5-day waiting period for gun purchases, time enough for authorities to check out a buyer's record and for the buyer to cool down about any conflict he might have intended the gun to resolve. Since it was enacted, more than 40,000 people with criminal records have been prevented from buying guns. The 1994 Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act banned 19 types of military-style assault weapons whose only purpose is to kill people."
In this citation of hers, she failed to say how many of those criminals were prosecuted for unlawfully attempting to get a firearm. If the criminal was prevented from owning a firearm, it is unlawful to even file the paperwork, so why weren't these 40,000 criminals prosecuted. I worry more about what Hitlery doesn't say sometimes more than what she does. I think her concise firearms policy is very apparent.
