a few years ago i purchased a mini 30 and was never really impressed with it until lately i mounted a quality scope on it{after putting a couple of junkers on it} and started shooting it pretty regular with a variety of cheap Russian ammo.mind yu now, i am looking for a gun that shoots the cheap steel case ammo accurately and reliably and it seems to do that.i havent shot it much on paper but since i sighted it in it has racked up a pretty long uninterrupted string of kills on varmints from squirrel size to coyote size.im about to get to reloading for it to see what it will really do. what powders and bullets do yuall find that work good and what experiences have yu had with this rifle?any simple mods to improve accuracy?
