H&R Topper Deluxe 12ga 28" Vent Rib
« on: June 24, 2007, 06:03:59 PM »
Any one out there shooting these.  I am looking to see how the balance is on them.  Looks like I 'need' a new shotgun.  I was out looking for a single shot twelve gauge.  (don't have one of those)   Balance, trigger pull, rough cost
Thanks

I've got that barrel and it swings and shoots great. I think you can pick up the TDC for around $150.00 or less depending on your locale l

Well I ordered one up.  $176  I didn't get hurt on that one.  Impact guns had one with a couple days shipping.  Hope to have it the 5th of July.   Will have to take it out a bust some clays.  Thanks for the comments

Enjoy! It's a fine looking and fun as well as practical and versatile gun. If I could have just one gun that would be it. Let us know how it shoots for you.

I have both a 12 and a 20 and they are great. There is a 12 gauge TDC barrel in the classifieds right now that the owner wants to trade for something else....<><....:)

I'm looking at adding the same barrel to my CR-45LC in the near future.  The 28" vent-rib barrel with interchangeable choke tubes looks nice a nice trap gun to me.  Will  I need a new fore-end to fit the 12Ga barrel, or will the one one the 45 Cold Carbine also fit?
