Remington 700 BDL Rate of Twist

I'm suffering from memory loss regarding what the 'rate of twist' is on my Rem 700 BDL Varmint Special in 22-250.  This gun was purchased new in approximately 1974.  Thank you for clearing up this gap in my memory.  Regards, Jay
