Whittaker is who I just bought my RMEF .280 Ultra from.  They wouldn't give me the S/N over the phone but they did give me the two letter prefix.  My local FFL holder wasn't impressed with their packing job.  They did ship it the same Thursday I ordered it and it arrived the following Thursday.  They graded it at 99% over the phone.  I think that was a bit liberal, but it is a 12 year old gun.  I could hear the ejector popping in the background too.

YMMV.
 :)
Cordially,

That 45Lc was in my hands yesterday.  All I could do to leave without it.  Somebody help me out and take it off their hands!  Please

I believe that 45-70 is a synthetic stock and has the ejector.  That said, if it matters to you check it out with them first.
