.243 WSM Resizing

I am having trouble getting my resized .243 wsm to chamber in my custom AR15,
The resized cartridges seem to be about 6 thousands larger than a factory round after resizing,
the problem seems to be near the bottom of the case,any ideas on what i should do to get these to work?

Is yours the WSSM ? I had problems with my wife's rifle(Browning A bolt) when chambering new reloads. My die touchs the ram on my press when loading. I tought about having a machinist take a couple of thousands of the bottom of the die but decided I could put up with the bump when resizing.
