Hey there cannon enthusiast, Does anyone know where I might be able to find plans/instructions on cannon wheel building. Thanks

At the top of the board you will find our post on Where to find Blackpowder Cannons and shooting supplies.  Under wheels you find a listing for  Wooden Whagon Wheels.  They sell instructions for making Wagon Wheels.

Cart Kit Wheels - 24in

24 wheel with wood felloes and wood spokes. Cast iron Hub with hub cap and 1 Round Top Rubber installed. The overall diameter is approx. 27. This kit includes an axle for either a 30 or 36 wide box.

Be aware that true cannon wheels are generally not identical to typical "wagon wheels". They are generally more heavily constructed and I believe they typically had an offset as well.
